NCAB Group, with headquarters in Sweden, one of the world’s largest suppliers of Printed Circuit Boards, has of the 20th of July 2012, signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in P. D. Circuits, Inc. Based in New Hampshire, with operations in southern China and Hong Kong, P. D. Circuits is one of the leading PCB suppliers in the USA.
NCAB Group will, after the acquisition, have sales in excess of 100 million USD with 13 locations around the world and 210 employees, including 70 people located in China. The acquisition will be completed as soon as all regulatory approvals are in place, latest end September.
